Cosmos Hub published an announcement on the X platform that the Hydro protocol is about to be launched, and ATOM pledgers will be incentivized to participate in voting. According to the Cosmos announcement, users need to pledge their ATOM tokens and convert them to LSM, and then transfer the LSM to Neutron to get voting rights.
